One of the most eventful months for music fans, we’ve seen the likes of HAIM, Declan McKenna and Lana Del Rey all release new records plus the likes of Latitude, NOS Alive, Mad Cool, Bilbao BBK, Lollapalooza Paris and many more festivals stun festival goers with the diversity and strength of artists and sets. This week sees the incredible Arcade Fire releases their fifth record Everything Now, which is a cosmic blend of indie, disco and many more elements. Alongside the Canadian band’s album are a selection of stunning new tracks, all of the best have been reviewed by us at The Music Radar UK. Here are our Tracks of the Week with in depth reviews.
A huge list of new releases were given to us this week, highlighting the quality of both artists and producers that we currently have. With the heat of May continuing, some of the tracks we’ve highlighted are perfect for a May barbecue whilst others are just beautiful to relax to. There’s a consistent sense of wonder each year around this time at the end of July which is a wonder of how quickly the year is going. As we move further into the second half of 2017, we can truly say that we can’t wait for what is to come. To say that we have had some incredible music releases already is merely an understatement and the next few months promise massive releases from some of the world’s biggest artists. This week sees music’s most loved alternative band Arcade Fire return with their fifth studio album Everything Now whilst leading the singles releases are The Killers who release Run For Cover.

As we approach the summer, it seems as if celebrations are in order. The exam season is coming to an end for students, Glastonbury is just around the corner and a host of artists have just released new music for everyone to enjoy. Leading this week’s stunning collection of tracks are The Killers, who return for the first time since 2012 with The Man. Arcade Fire continue their preparation ahead of the release of upcoming album Everything Now, with the release of Creature Comfort.
